Do You Ever Heard of "Duck Steak"??
Well, when we talk about STEAK, we always think of chicken chop, beef steak, mutton steak, pork steak but why we never heard of "duck steak" or "duck chop"?? I am wondering, is there any reason why there is no "duck steak" or "duck chop"? Can anyone tell me??

Doesn't taste good should be the main reason.
After I wrote this blog, I surf net to get about duck steak info. Yes, there is duck steak selling somewhere but it is not common in Malaysia. I am going to write and introduce more about duck steak. hehe...
