Coincidence

After 2 months I get my car, my neighbour also bought a new car. Coincidently, her car registration number just a number different with my car. My car registration number is XXF XXX3 while her car registration number is XXH XXX4, the numbers in front are exactly same. Both cars are from Perodua.

Is it mean the "xin ling xiang tong" of neighbour?
